About Us
This podcast is for the people, by the people.
We’re two men who really lived that life. Between the both of us, we got 25 years worth of experience in the streets and prison system. We didn’t read about it, we didn’t watch it on TV—we lived it.
We met in prison. One of us did 15 years straight. The other’s been locked up over 100 times—literally dropped off to jail and picked up by the U.S. Marshals. So when we speak, it ain’t from theory—it’s from experience.
Eugene came a long way. He used to be a straight hothead, quick to pop off. But life taught him different. Now he talks to the youth in a whole new way—real talk, from someone who’s actually been through it.
Paul been in and out the system for years. But he flipped the script. These days, he’s focused on starting businesses and showing young people how to move smart, build legit, and create something real. He talks to the youth about different ways to win without the streets.
We started this podcast because we’ve seen how twisted the mindset is in inner-city L.A. The thinking is off. The values are backwards. A lot of young people think there’s only one way to survive, but we’re here to show them different.
Another reason we started this podcast is because a lot of these other podcasts are straight BS. They’re misleading the community, especially in the L.A. region—and when L.A. gets it wrong, the whole country feels it. People all over the U.S. look up to Los Angeles when it comes to street culture and lifestyle. So when fake narratives get pushed, it spreads everywhere. We’re here to give the real, from people who lived it—not from people chasing clout or fabricating a life they never lived.
We already went through it. That’s what makes us qualified to speak on it.
Now we’re coming with an updated mindset and a different point of view. We know how it feels to be lost, angry, hungry, and misled. But we also know what it looks like to grow, level up, and stay solid on the other side.
Our mission is simple:
Help shift the way our people think. Show them crime and gang life ain’t the only path. There’s more out here—you just gotta know where to look and who to listen to.
Right now, we drop new episodes every two weeks, but we’re about to start going weekly. Every episode brings raw conversation, real stories, and solid game. But it doesn’t stop at the mic.
On this site, you’ll find merch, videos, and sponsor links—ways to support the movement while keeping it authentic. And we’re not just doing this for us. A percentage of every purchase goes toward programs that support juveniles and the homeless—real organizations doing real work. So when you buy something, drop a comment, or even hit that like button—you’re not just showing love, you’re helping push change.
Everything helps.
And your support goes further than you think.
